The Client Chronicles: Gerry Higgans, Global CEO of Antaris

“We needed strategy expertise, branding expertise, website expertise and social media expertise. We needed a company that could give us a wide scope of knowledge and had all of those excellent capabilities and The Pudding did.”

In this instalment of The Client Chronicles, we chatted to Gerry Higgins, CEO of Antaris.

Here Gerry tells us what the experience of working with The Pudding has been like, why every move made is intentional and how clarity has already been created at the company through the work.

1. How did you first hear

about The Pudding?

I would have first heard about The Pudding through Paul Kelly, with whom I would have been in college with. We were just having a general conversation and I mentioned that we were hoping to move into more of a strategic direction and he suggested I chat with Gillian. That is where the journey began.

2. What was the brand challenge

Antaris was trying to solve?

The challenge was moving away from a very well-regarded and recognised management system brand into a company that was truly sustainably focused. We needed to create a brand that was very strong and clear. This had to be accompanied by acquisition of technical expertise as well. It wasn’t just a branding exercise. It was strategic in the sense that we needed to get extra people on board that would be able to deliver.

3. Why did you feel The Pudding was

the right partner for the job?

We went to a number of companies but we felt The Pudding had a real holistic approach. We needed strategy expertise, branding expertise, website expertise and social media expertise. We needed a company that could give us a wide scope of knowledge and had all of those excellent capabilities and The Pudding did.

4. What was the experience

like working with The Pudding?

It was extremely professional. What you say, you do. The company delivers. The people are knowledgeable. The workshops provided are particularly strong. Everything is intentional and is part of a journey. There’s more clarity strategically – we know where we are and where we are going next. Huge improvements have also been made in the branding side of things which is great to see.

5. Would you recommend

working with The Pudding?

I would, most definitely. The plan is customised to our company and there is a deep understanding of where Antaris wants to go. We are looking forward to continuing the work with The Pudding and seeing the dividends grow and expand.
